Coaches in metroVancouver and elsewhere in BC who are working with athletes in the high performance pathway of LTAD are welcome to learn from the RTC activities.
Certified NCCP Coaches are welcome at the RTC and may attend all RTC workouts as observers upon agreeing to the following conditions;
- Provision of a current police background check valid for volunteering around juniors
- Signing Participant Code of Conduct and Coaches of Canada Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics.
- Respecting the RTC Senior Development Coach’s coaching philosophy
Any coaches attending workouts do so as observers only; interaction with the athletes is strictly forbidden without the express approval of the RTC Vancouver Senior Development Coach. This applied to coaching related advice both at training session or outside of training sessions.
