Good technique is essential to sport performance. Every sport has unique technical requirements for safe, effective and efficient performance.  We know we can enhance your performance through objective technical feedback applying sport specific knowledge and sound biomechanical principles.

At the RTC Vancouver, technical coaching feedback is integral to the quality of the daily training environment. At all of our workouts we expect RTC athletes to work towards bettering their technique, whether in swim, bike, run or transitions. Even in the gym for physio, pre-habilitation and strength training.

Learning to work with a coach often begins with asking technique questions or seeking technique feedback.
