- RTC Development standard in both swim and run
- RTC Development standard in swim or run and RTC Training standard in the other.
- RTC Training standard in both swim and run
- RTC Training in one standard only
TIES
Any ties for RTC allocation between athletes achieving the same performance standards will resolved by;
- using the race specific distance standards over successively shorter distances
- i.e. 800 m swim / 5 km run for juniors and 1500 m swim / 10 km run for seniors
- using the sum of the percentage over/under the given standard for both swim and run.
- i.e. an athlete with one performance at the standard (0% difference) and another performance 2.5% slower (-2.5%) would be ranked behind an athlete with one performance faster than the standard by (+0.5%) and another performance 2.5% slower (-2.5%).
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
Athletes with injuries, illness, those experiencing a growth phase (i.e. PHV) or other special circumstances will be considered individually.
