RTC Weekly Schedule

Tentative RTC schedule for 2012

All workouts facilitate both technical and performance improvements

Six coached swim session

  • pool and open water

Two to four coached run sessions

  • trails, track, etc.

Two to fourĀ coached bike session

  • road and trainer

indoor and outdoor

3 coached muscular conditioning sessions (functional movement, physiotherapy,
strength, speed, power, plyometrics,etc.)
