ALL CYCLE 4 PARTICIPANTS MUST ENTER THE CONVENTION CENTRE AT THE WATERFRONT ROAD ENTRANCE WITH THEIR BIKES.
Instructions
See the entire event schedule here.
Be prepared to show up at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session. You will enter via the Waterfront Road entrance to the Convention Centre below street level. View directions to this entrance here.
In the foyer there will be a ticket counter/admissions booth. Go to the ticket counter. Whether you have pre-registered or not, tell the admissions booth that you are there for the “Cyclethon” event and they will give you a pass to get in. We have arranged for free entry for day-of-event registrations as well! If you have not yet registered for the Cyclethon event, then you will pay for the Cyclethon session registration at our booth inside.
If you plan to leave and come back to the show later, be sure to get your hand stamped and don’t wash it off. When you enter the Vancouver Bike Show area immediately turn left toward the Project 2020 Cyclethon area. Sign in at the front table and sign a waiver, collect any online purchases (i.e. raffle tickets), get your hand marked for your events, get your free raffle ticket and then grab a trainer and setup if the cycling area is free.
Raffle tickets can be purchased at any time throughout the day. Winners for raffle tickets will be drawn at 4:45. The silent auction will close at 4:50 pm. Winners who are not present will be contacted to arrange pick up of their prize. Door prize draws will take place at the end of each of the four cycling sessions.
